Iron Intake and Iron Inhibitor and Enhancer Intake with the Incidence of Anemia Among Adolescent Girls

Anemia, especially iron deficiency anemia was marked with low hemoglobin (Hb) concentration than normal standard.Adolescents, girls when reached the age of menstruation were prone to this type because blood loss from their monthly cycle. This research objective analyze participant’s intake iron, enhancers, and inhibitors its relationship incidence MTs. Fadlurrahman, Bekasi 2022. cross-sectional used stratified random sampling based on level class. The number 49 adolescent who met inclusion exclusion criteria. 36,70% all subjects had anemia. Most (75,51%) consumption, rare enhancers consumption (75,51%), frequent (51,02%). All independent variables (iron intake, inhibitor consumption) a significant (p<0,05) dependent variable (anemia incidence). finding implicated in Fadlurrahman needs consume more iron-rich foods while lower intake.
